Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion is the combination of the best of three practices:  Yoga, Pilates and Barre method!  In this fun and faster pace class you will strategically work muscle groups to near fatigue, calling upon those smaller, intrinsic muscles to support the movements. Don’t take yourself too seriously – just come and enjoy!  This is the perfect complement to your existing yoga practice and yes, everyone can do it!
