Saturday, May 11th we are offering a “Yoga for Golfers” special class. This is a 75 minute class, only taking place this Saturday at 12:30pm, with Carole. We will go through the mechanics of the golf swing, the science behind the flight of the ball, the correlation between the two, and how our yoga practice compliments both the mental and physical game of golf! Get a jump start on the best golf season you’ve ever enjoyed!
Sunday, May 12th is Mothers Day. Join Denise at 9:00am for a Slow Flow Vinyasa class. Bring a mom or daughter for free! There will be no 4pm class that day.
Wednesday, May 15th, from 6:45-8:15pm, Cynthia Kim will be offering a “Yoga and Ayurveda” workshop. Do you sometimes struggle with feeling sluggish, frenzied, or agitated? This can be explained and holistically addressed through Ayurveda! Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga that addresses our unique needs to balance our mind, body, and spirit. Friday, May 17th we are once again hosting Happy Hour Yoga! Yoga at 6pm with Carole, followed by socializing and snacks/beverages.
