Devotional Yoga

Devotional Yoga will awaken the spirit within you! Devotional Yoga is a Traditional Hatha Yoga class set to Christian music. Scripture is incorporated into the practice. All levels welcome. Feed your mind, nurture your body, cultivate your spirit!

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga offers a supportive and relaxing environment to build strength and awareness, calm the mind and body, and connect with baby. The class combines gentle poses, relaxation, and breathing techniques designed to ease and prevent the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. All levels welcome.

Hatha Yoga

Looking to bring strength and balance to your life? Explore the fundamentals of traditional yoga asanas and basic alignment. Focus on breathing into the body and letting your breath guide your movements, building stability, balance and flexibility. Hatha is a perfect place to begin your yoga journey, as well as to deepen your practice for even the most experienced of practitioners! Come to each class with an open mind and you will surely experience something new!

Mom & Baby Yoga

Come and share yoga and its benefits to your baby. At Yoga Bella, we integrate our Mom and Baby yoga with Prenatal Yoga. Please come, as you feel confident and ready, to yoga after your baby arrives. Additionally we encourage you, as you are comfortable, to bring your Babe-in-arms to Prenatal/Postnatal yoga. The instructor will happily hold any baby, as you are invite the instructor to!

This opportunity will help you to bond more deeply with your baby as you come together in a supportive environment. Support yourself with time with your baby in a safe, supportive environment as you strengthen and heal your own body. Increase body awareness and self- confidence for both you and baby. Regular class packages apply.

Pay What You Can Yoga

This class is great for beginners! New to yoga? Wanting to get back to the basics of yoga?
This class will bring strength and balance to your life as we explore the fundamentals of traditional yoga poses (asanas), alignment and breath. Join us as a new yogini, or experienced practitioner. We will dive deeply into a new posture each week.

This class accommodates mixed levels and will leave you rejuvenated from your busy day.

This is a free class for all participants. Our desire is to offer you high quality yoga, removing as many barriers as possible. Love this class? Keep coming! Love the studio? Join us at other classes too (those you’ll have to pay for)!

Hatha/Gentle Blend

Know you need some movement, but also craving stillness? Join us for our Hatha/Gentle Yoga blend. You’ll get the benefit of Hatha movement and strengthening. You’ll get the benefit of Gentle mindfulness and stillness for your body. We will stretch and breathe. Modifications for those wanting to have more movement; and those who need less movement; will be offered.
