Perhaps you have been furrowing your brows a little more than usual these days? I know I have certainly been catching myself doing this. Over the years we have incorporated “Facial Yoga” into our practices here and there, but we haven’t ever done an extensive class on the techniques. If you are interested, here is a Facial Yoga teacher trainer that practices Facial Yoga on a very regular basis. Her techniques are like a massage for your face – waking up some of the under-used muscles in our face and relaxing some of the over-used ones. Over time this can help “wake up” some of those dormant muscles and give the overworking ones a break. It can also help increase circulation in the cells of the skin, which will produce a more alert and vibrant look. If you’d like to give it a try, you can give it a try at home, and not worry about what you look like doing it! FACIAL YOGA EXERCISES

Today’s practice is a Hatha class with Tonja with the theme of “Adaptability“.
