Hello, patrons of Yoga Bella!

Calling all early birds!! Tonja, who teaches Yoga for Strength & Stability mid-morning Fridays, will also offer this class early on Tuesdays at 6am for those who wish to practice their asanas before the day starts, as long as there’s an interest in this time slot. If you’ve wanted to join her class before but your schedule didn’t allow it, now you can! Tonja incorporates many fresh ideas into her sequences. This is now on the schedule starting 11/3/20 at 6am. Cock-a-doodle-doo!
