Yoga Fusion is the combination of the best of three practices: Yoga, Pilates and Barre method! In this fun and faster pace class you will strategically work muscle groups to near fatigue, calling upon those smaller, intrinsic muscles to support the movements. Don't take yourself too seriously - just come and enjoy! This is the perfect complement to your existing yoga practice and yes, everyone can do it!
The Fusion class is my favorite - it’s an amazing workout and the instructor always adds a personal touch.
When I started at Yoga Bella, it had been several years (and two kids) since I had done yoga in a studio. I was nervous about finding a place where I felt comfortable. The instructors have made me feel so welcome and supported! In particular, I find Vinyasa to be a helpful way to quiet my busy mind and I leave feeling energized and relaxed.
