Learn techniques to free baby from digestion troubles and restlessness, and into peaceful sleep and happiness. Support your baby's physical development as you strengthen your own body through yoga poses holding baby. Increase body awareness and self- confidence for both you and baby. Mom/Baby yoga is for babies who are not yet mobile on their own. Regular class packages apply, preregistration required.
