In this slower paced class, poses may be held for longer periods of time to allow for gentle opening throughout your entire body. These calming and rejuvenating classes will nourish your mind, body and spirit through an intentional approach to yoga. Asanas (poses) are mindfully selected to build strength and flexibility, and balanced by tapping into your body’s ability to fully let go and surrender. All levels welcome.

Prenatal yoga offers a supportive and relaxing environment to build strength and awareness, calm the mind and body, and connect with baby. The class combines gentle poses, relaxation, and breathing techniques designed to ease and prevent the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga is an antidote for stress as it combines a slow paced practice that holds poses for up to five minutes as it relaxes the body and supports the fascia.
Yoga for Backs & Hips is for all levels of students and pays particular attention to the spine and all supporting muscles, as well as the hips and supportive muscles. Yoga for Backs will offer asanas that support proper muscular-skeletal alignment, both stretching and strengthening all areas of the back, including the lumbar region and hips.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOGA BELLA! The classes have helped my back problems greatly, and I leave with a sense of peace and joy. The instructors make us students feel like we’re family.
